Taken from the Snake River Road, a gravel road that mostly runs along the side of the Brownlee Reservoir between Huntington, Or and Richland, Or. In some books it is described as a rough drive but I found it well graded and an easy drive.

Actually, with the current condition of many city streets, they're rougher than dirt roads. This shot is from a climb up and away from the valley that is the reservoir.
