The original "Reno Biggest Little City" arch. Per Wikipedia, the arch was built in 1926 to celebrate the completion of the Lincoln and Victory Highways (US 40 and US 50). The arch has been modified many times and has been moved a number of times. It is no longer the main arch welcoming tourists to downtown, but is now on a side street.
