DTE top DLC bottom Detroit
Sometimes Detroit Edison and Department Of Public Utilities will share the same pole! The top tow cross-arms is DTE, while DLC is the one on the bottom. I find one quick way to differentiate the two companies is that DTE usually has the normal radio coated "sky-yuk" pin insulators while DLC has off-white ones that don't.
I notice the in-line disconnects is something new they're putting up and never seen before.
