Friday 11 September 2015 (1253) – Anglianbus (Go-Ahead) 550 (AO57 EZM), a Scania N230UD Omnicity double decker new in February 2008, seen in Castle Meadow, Norwich.

Friday 11 September 2015 (1139) – Anglianbus (Go-Ahead) 454 (YT11 LVF), a Scania K230UB Omnilink new April 2011, seen in Castle Meadow, Norwich.

Friday 11 September 2015 (1017) – Anglianbus (Go-Ahead) 100 (WX62 HHP) seen in Red Lion Street, Norwich bound for Great Yarmouth on service 7. It is a Caetano bodied CNG powered MAN new in November 2012. On the left is Sanders Coaches 110 (OU05 AVB), an East Lancs Myllenium bodied tri-axle Volvo B9TL.

Friday 11 September 2015 (1023) – Anglianbus (Go-Ahead) 103 (WX62 HHE) seen in Castle Meadow, Norwich arriving from Great Yarmouth on service 7. It is a Caetano bodied CNG powered MAN new in November 2012.

Friday 11 September 2015 (1120) – Anglianbus (Go-Ahead) 106 (AU62 DWN) seen in Prince of Wales Road, Norwich bound for Great Yarmouth on service 7. It is a Caetano bodied CNG powered MAN new in November 2012.

Friday 11 September 2015 (1054) – A scene in Agricultural Hall Plain, Norwich. Standing side by side are Sanders Coaches 309 (YN53 GFE) (a Scania CN94UB OmniCity that had been new to Menzies at Heathrow Airport in October 2003) and Anglianbus 609 (AU62 DWG) (a Caetano bodied CNG powered MAN new in November 2012). A First Eastern Counties double decker is turning into Upper King Street. I recall many years ago (in the 1980s) helping out as a marshall for the Norwich Bus Rally and I was assigned the position on the island visible between the two buses!).

Friday 11 September 2015 (0928) – Konectbus (Go-Ahead Group) 608 (SN61 CZY), an Alexander Dennis (ADL) Enviro400 new in January 2012, seen at Thickthorn Park and Ride site.

Friday 11 September 2015 (1013) – Konectbus 610 (SN10 CFE), an Alexander Dennis (ADL) Enviro400 bodied Trident new in March 2010, seen in Castle Meadow, Norwich. The vehicle at the kerbside, E855 VND, is based on a 1987 Freight Rover Sherpa chassis and has a 12 seat open body on which it operates a city sightseeing tour by Fred Agombar.

Friday 11 September 2015 (1243) – Konectbus 610 (SN10 CFE), an Alexander Dennis (ADL) Enviro400 bodied Trident new in March 2010, seen in Castle Meadow, Norwich.

Friday 11 September 2015 (1050) – Two Konectbus Alexander Dennis (ADL) Enviro400 buses in Castle Meadow, Norwich. 609 (SN61 CZZ) is branded for the Norwich-Holt service 2. Coming up behind is 633 (SN65 OAP) one of the batch placed in service on the Park and Ride contract which began on 7 September 2015.

Friday 11 September 2015 (1042) – Konectbus of East Dereham (Go-Ahead owned) 621 (SK15 HKE), an Alexander Dennis (ADL) Enviro400 new in August 2015, seen in Castle Meadow, Norwich. It carries branding for the Norwich-Dereham-Toftwood service 8 (Straight 8).

Friday 11 September 2015 (1315) – Konectbus 510 (LB02 YWX) seen in Norwich bus station. It is a Wright Eclipse Gemini bodied Volvo B7TL new to London Buses (East Thames Buses) as their VWL1 in August 2002.

Friday 11 September 2015 (1247) - Konectbus Alexander Dennis (ADL) Enviro400 double deckers seen in Castle Meadow, Norwich. The bus on the left, 602 (SN10 CFF), is operating on the Park and Ride service 501, a contract which only began on Monday 7 September 2015. Most of the buses I saw on these services on this visit were new buses in full Park and Ride livery but the bus seen here was the only one that wasn’t. The bus on the right is working service 8 from Toftwood and Dereham.

Friday 11 September 2015 (1248) - Konectbus 602 (SN10 CFF), an Alexander Dennis (ADL) Enviro400 bodied Trident seen in Castle Meadow, Norwich. It was operating on the Park and Ride service 501, a contract which only began on Monday 7 September 2015. Most of the buses I saw on these services on this visit were new buses in full Park and Ride livery but 602 was the only one that wasn’t.

Friday 11 September 2015 (1008) – Konectbus 400 (MX05 EKW), an Optare Tempo X1200 new in April 2005, seen in Red Lion Street, Norwich. On the right is First Eastern Counties Buses 33154 (LR02 LXN), a Plaxton President bodied Dennis Trident new to Centrewest (London) as their number TN1154 in May 2002.

Friday 11 September 2015 (1119) - Konectbus 411 (MX58 ABV), an Optare Tempo X1200 new in September 2008, seen in Prince of Wales Road, Norwich heading to the Norfolk Broads towns of Wroxham and Hoveton on service 53.

Friday 11 September 2015 (1139) – This view in Castle Meadow, Norwich features buses of Konectbus and Angliabus, both Go-Ahead owned companies. Centre stage is Konectbus Optare Tempo 410 (YJ57 EGX) new October 2007. On the left is Konectbus 412 (YJ09 MHY), also an Optare Tempo new July 2009; and on the right is Anglianbus 454 (YT11 LVF), a Scania K230UB Omnilink new April 2011.
