Thursday 8 September 2016 (1451) – Queen’s Arms in Queensway, Mildenhall arriving back from West Row on a new service 358 which began in late August 2016. This was the 1430 service from Mildenhall bus station serving Blenheim Gardens at 1441 and Neve Gardens at 1444 returning to the bus station at 1455. (Blenheim Gardens is built on the site of the former Morley’s Grey Coaches garage in West Row which was named Blenheim Garage). The service is linked with another new service numbered 357 operating from Bury St Edmunds to Mildenhall via Risby, Tuddenham and Red Lodge. The bus had worked the 1325 departure from Bury St. Edmunds going on to work this trip to West Row and back. It would then work a school related service 357 which ends up in Newmarket.

Thursday 8 September 2016 (1437) – In late August 2016 Mulleys Motorways began operating a new service 358 from Mildenhall to West Row. YN54 AHA, a Scania N94UD OmniCity new to Nottingham City Transport (208) in September 2004, is seen entering Queensway from Police Station Square when working the 1430 service from Mildenhall bus station. The building on the left is the former Court House now the premises of a veterinary surgery. The service is linked with another new service numbered 357 operating from Bury St Edmunds to Mildenhall via Risby, Tuddenham and Red Lodge. The bus had worked the 1325 departure from Bury St. Edmunds going on to work this trip to West Row and back. It would then work a school related service 357 which ends up in Newmarket.

Thursday 8 September 2016 (1436) – In late August 2016 Mulleys Motorways began operating a new service 358 from Mildenhall to West Row. YN54 AHA, a Scania N94UD OmniCity new to Nottingham City Transport (208) in September 2004, is seen in Police Station Square when working the 1430 service from Mildenhall bus station. The service travels via Kingsway, College Heath Road, Field Road and North Terrace to reach this point and then leaves Mildenhall via Queensway to travel out to West Row. The service is linked with another new service numbered 357 operating from Bury St Edmunds to Mildenhall via Risby, Tuddenham and Red Lodge. The building on the left is the former Court House now the premises of a veterinary surgery.

Wednesday 11 April 2018 (1234) – A road closure on the Worlington Road out of Mildenhall for three days this week for the laying of a new pedestrian crossing resulted in the diversion of the the Mulleys Motorways service 357. YN54 AHA is seen turning travelling down Church Lane in Barton Mills whilst on the diversion when working the 1230 service 357 from Mildenhall to Bury St. Edmunds. The bus is a Scania N94UD OmniCity that had been new to Nottingham City Transport (208) in September 2004.

Wednesday 11 April 2018 (1234) – A road closure on the Worlington Road out of Mildenhall for three days this week for the laying of a new pedestrian crossing resulted in the diversion of the the Mulleys Motorways service 357. YN54 AHA is seen turning from Mildenhall Road in to Church Lane in Barton Mills whilst on the diversion when working the 1230 service 357 from Mildenhall to Bury St. Edmunds. The bus is a Scania N94UD OmniCity that had been new to Nottingham City Transport (208) in September 2004.

Wednesday 11 April 2018 (1127) – A road closure on the Worlington Road out of Mildenhall for three days this week for the laying of a new pedestrian crossing resulted in the diversion of the the Mulleys Motorways service 357. YN54 AHA is seen turning into Mildenhall Road from Church Lane in Barton Mills whilst on the diversion. It was working the 1035 service 357 from Bury St. Edmunds to Mildenhall. Lamb Cottage is on the left and the former Vicarage stands on the right. The bus is a Scania N94UD OmniCity that had been new to Nottingham City Transport (208) in September 2004.

Wednesday 8 August 2018 (1315) – For some time the section of St. Andrew’s Street North close to the main shops in Bury St. Edmunds has been closed resulting in buses being diverted along Parkway and Risbygate Street. Mulleys Motorways YN54 AHA, a Scania N94UD OmniCity that had been new to Nottingham City Transport (208) in September 2004, turns from Parkway to Risbygate Street as it arrived back on town service M11 from the Nowton Estate. On the far left of the photograph, in the centre of the roundabout, is a statue of St. Edmund at his martyrdom made from steel wire with steel arrows penetrating his heart and body.

Friday 19 October 2018 (0827) – Mulleys Motorways YN54 AHA in the morning mist as it entered Barton Mills when working the 0755 service 357 from Cavenham to Mildenhall - primarily a school related service which is also available to the general public. It is one of the Scania N94UD OmniCity buses acquired from Nottingham City Transport which was former NCT number 208 new in September 2004.

Monday 29 April 2019 (0948) – Mulleys Motorways YN54 AHA, a Scania N94UD OmniCity that was new to Nottingham City Transport (208) in September 2004, seen in Mill Street, Mildenhall when operating the 0940 service 357 to Bury St. Edmunds via Red Lodge, Tuddenham, Cavenham and Risby. The former Parker’s Mill, now residential apartments, gives Mill Street its name and dominates the background.

Monday 29 April 2019 (0948) – Mulleys Motorways YN54 AHA seen in Mill Street, Mildenhall passing a prolific display of springtime wisteria on the former Palmer’s Dentist property. It is a Scania N94UD OmniCity that was new to Nottingham City Transport (208) in September 2004 and was operating the 0940 service 357 to Bury St. Edmunds via Red Lodge, Tuddenham, Cavenham and Risby.

Monday 28 October 2019 (0829) – On the right poor old ‘Lulu’ had been parked in the layby at Fiveways, Barton Mills for the best part of three days having presumably suffered a mechanical problem. She is Crawley Luxury Coaches K3 CLC, a Van Hool Alizee bodied Volvo B12M new to Shearings Holidays (516) in March 2003 registered MX03 ACJ. It was a very chilly morning with the first significant frost of the autumn season. Driving by is Mulleys Motorways YN54 AHA working the 0755 service 357 from Cavenham to Mildenhall - primarily a school related service which is also available to the general public. It is one of the Scania N94UD OmniCity buses acquired from Nottingham City Transport which was former NCT number 208 new in September 2004.

Monday 16 December 2019 (1251) – Mulleys Motorways YN54 AHA, a Scania N94UD OmniCity that had been new to Nottingham City Transport (208) in September 2004, seen in Risbygate Street, Bury St. Edmunds departing on town service M77 to Westley Estate. In the background is Coach Services of Thetford X509 EGK, a Plaxton President bodied Volvo B7TL new in February 2001 to London Central as their PVL190 working service 86 to Thetford and Brandon.

Thursday 24 June 2021 (0904) – Three (yes, three) Mulleys Motorways vehicles seen in St. Andrew’s Street North, Bury St. Edmunds. Leading is YN54 AHA working service M44 to the Mildenhall Road and Howard Estates. It is a Scania N94UD OmniCity new to Nottingham City Transport (208) in September 2004. Following is YJ57 YDB working service M33 to Moreton Hall. It is an Optare Solo new to Peterborough City Council in December 2007. In the background is MX57 HDH an Optare Solo which was new in September 2007 to Nightingale Coaches (Johnson) of Greencroft, Annfield Plain, County Durham.

Wednesday 8 September 2021 (0825) - Mulleys Motorways YN54 AHA seen at Barton Mills when working the 0755 service 357 from Cavenham to Mildenhall - primarily a school related service which is also available to the general public. It is one of the Scania N94UD OmniCity buses acquired from Nottingham City Transport which was former NCT number 208 new in September 2004. The bus is seen here travelling along its normal route although it would soon be facing a diversion due to the closure of The Street for drainage and road repairs. Normally it would travel along Bell Lane and The Street to reach the Bull Inn and return to this point emerging from behind the camera. Note the road closure signs on the right.
