Monday 18 February 2019 (1254) – Delaine Buses Wright Gemini bodied Volvo buses in Peterborough bus station. Left is 157 (AD64 DBL) a Gemini 2 bodied B9TL new in September 2014. Right is 162 (AD66 DBL), a Gemini 3 bodied B5TL new in December 2016. Compare the different depth of the upper deck windows.

Monday 18 February 2019 (1318) – East Yorkshire Motor Services 87 (YY63 OJD), a Caetano Levante bodied Volvo B9R new in December 2013, seen arriving at Peterborough. It was working the 0915 National Express service 448 from Hull to London (Victoria) where it was due at 1645. The scheduled arrival time here was 1305 and after a refreshment/toilet stop the service continues south at 1400.

Monday 18 February 2019 (1132) – First Eastern Counties 33817 (YX63 LKF), an Alexander Dennis (ADL) Enviro400 new in September 2013, seen arriving at Peterborough bus station. It is one of a batch of dedicated vehicles assigned to the Peterborough-Norwich XL service.

Monday 18 February 2019 (1141) – Belle Coaches (Shreeve) BC17 BEL seen at Peterborough bus station having set down homeward bound passengers from a Just Go! Oxford and Stratford-upon-Avon weekend tour. It is a Scania K410 Interlink Finesse new in March 2017.

Monday 18 February 2019 (1328) – Since my last visit to Peterborough bus station the bus enquiry office has been closed and panelled over although the creative artwork brightens it up. On one edge is a very attractive map of the immediate central area.

Not sure that the lack of an enquiry office replaced with such a message is of much assistance to a stranger in town.

Monday 18 February 2019 (1017) – Stagecoach East 15291 (YN17 ONA) seen in near Sawtry when working the 0835 service B from Cambridge to Peterborough. This service travels on the Cambridgeshire Guided Busway between Orchard Park/Kings Hedges in Cambridge and St. Ives Park and Ride.

Monday 18 February 2019 (1024) – An anonymous Plaxton Panther sporting a learner ‘L’ plate cruising down the A1M near Sawtry, Cambridgeshire. There doesn’t appear to be any legal lettering on the side panels which could mean it was owned by a training company or maybe the Ministry of Defence.
