Sunday 10 September 1989 - Viscount Bus and Coach Company T25 (F325 DCL) seen at the British Bus Day at the Norfolk Showground, Norwich.
It was a Plaxton Paramount bodied Volvo B10M that had been new to Cambus as their 325 in April 1989. It served with three Cambus Holdings subsidiary companies for when Cambus created the Viscount company in the Peterborough area on 10 September 1989 (the day of the photo) it was transferred to the Viscount fleet. It subsequently was transferred to the Premier Travel Services fleet.

Sunday 10 September 1989 - Viscount Bus and Coach Company S1 (G801 OVA), an Optare StarRider bodied Mercedes-Benz 811D new in September 1989, seen at the British Bus Day at the Norfolk Showground, Norwich.
A new vehicle for a new company. Viscount was launched on 10 September 1989 (the day of this photograph) from the eastern area of Cambus Limited both of which were operating subsidiaries of Cambus Holdings.

Left is former Eastern Counties Omnibus Company FLF453 (JAH 553D), an Eastern Coachworks bodied Bristol FLF6G new in July 1966.
Right is SFL 373R, a Plaxton Supreme bodied AEC Reliance 6U3ZR that had been new to Premier Travel Services in September 1976 as their 260 registered NEB 347R. It had carried registration number 49 CNG in between.

Saturday 30 April 1994 - Viscount Bus and Coach Company operated a number of buses in Peterborough in a red and cream livery under the name Peterborough Bus Company.
B55 (MEL 559P), an Eastern Coachworks bodied Bristol VR, was seen in Peterborough Bus Station. It had been new in March 1976 to Hants and Dorset Motor Services as their 3338.

Optare Metrorider S3 (K393 KUA) new in June 1993 was seen in Peterborough Bus Station.

Saturday 30 April 1994 - Viscount Bus and Coach Company B41 (WPW 210S), an Eastern Coachworks bodied Bristol VR new to the Eastern Counties Omnibus Company in December 1977 (VR210), seen on Broadway in Peterborough.
ECOC became a subsidiary of the National Bus Company and in preparation for privatisation was split up in September 1984 with the western area operations becoming Cambus Limited. Privatised in December 1986 the company was bought by its management (Cambus Holdings Limited). Viscount was created in September 1989 to serve the Peterborough and Fenland area whilst Cambus Limited served the Cambridge, Haverhill and Newmarket area.
As a result of all those changes WPW 210S had worked for all three companies.

Friday 1 June 2001 – The ancestry of Stagecoach Viscount has a lineage to the Eastern Counties Omnibus Company Limited. ECOC itself was formed in 1933 and one of its constituent companies was the Peterborough and District Traction Company Limited.
Eastern Coachworks bodied Bristol FLF Lodekka JAH 553D is part of the Viscount heritage fleet and wears the Tilling Group red and cream livery, ECOC fleet number and Peterborough and District fleetnames. It was new to ECOC in July 1966.
