Thursday 25 April 2013 (1359) – Mulleys Motorways PX03 HZF seen leaving the Suffolk Showground having brought a party of schoolchildren to an annual rural education event - an event attended by 4000 children from all over the county. It is a Van Hool Alizee bodied Volvo B12B new in August 2003 to Reay, Wigton, Cumbria acquired from Focus, Much Hoole, Lancashire in December 2007. This coach was subsequently re-registered WSV 888.

Friday 13 February 2009 (0740 hrs) - Mulleys Motorways YN05 HBO, a 70 seat Irizar Century bodied Scania new March 2005, which is a regular performer on the 0740 service 956 from Worlington to Bury St Edmunds. It operated in all white until late 2013 when it was painted orange. There had been quite a snowfall the previous evening although this was a mild day and most of the snow had gone by mid-day. Seen near Lark Close in Worlington on the road from Red Lodge.

Left is WSV 666 (Scania K113TRB new in Feb 1996 as N91 WVC to Harry Shaw of Coventry). Right, bound for the Chelsea Flower Show, is YJ56 CEX (Volvo B12B new in Nov 2006 to Focus Coaches, Much Hoole, Lancashire). This coach later received registration number WSV 555.

Friday 8 January 2016 – Mulleys Motorways TC03 TLC was acquired from Lincolnshire based TransLinc in late 2015. New to them in July 2003 it is a Scania K114CRB with Van Hool Alizeé bodywork which incorporates a wheelchair lift. TransLinc was originally part of Lincolnshire County Council but was sold to the private sector in November 2011, the original purchaser was May Gurney. May Gurney was itself acquired by the Kier Group in 2013. Both are service industry companies rather than traditional bus and coach businesses.

Saturday 25 March 2023 – Mulleys Motorways coaches parked up at the Ixworth premises. Left to right: WSV 555, a Van Hool Acron bodied Volvo B12BT new in November 2006 to Focus Coaches, Much Hoole, Lancashire registered YJ56 CEX. WCF 99, a Van Hool Acron bodied Volvo B12BT new in March 2009 to New Bharat, Southall registered BC09 NBC. WSV 555 444 NXX, a Berkhof Axial 100 bodied Volvo B12BT new to Park’s of Hamilton/Trathens Travel in July 2007 as SF07 OSG but quite soon re-registered NMW 999. When sold by Park’s it reverted to the original registration. The white coach behind WSV 555 is BN17 JFK, a Mercedes-Benz Tourismo new to Mulleys in March 2017.

Saturday 25 March 2023 – Mulleys Motorways coaches parked up at the Ixworth premises seen from the upper deck of Optare MetroDecker YJ23 EKO. BN17 JFK, a Mercedes-Benz Tourismo new to Mulleys in March 2017. EC17 PCT, a Mercedes-Benz Tourismo new to Symphony Coaches, Hayes in March 2017. Previously operated by Impression Holidays and Excursions of Peterborough which closed in early 2020. YY63 WCK, a Plaxton Elite bodied Volvo B13RT new to Park’s of Hamilton in January 2014 for National Express service work. Whilst with Park’s it carried registration LSK 808. Note the additional length of this coach. 222 VKE, a Berkhof Axial 100 bodied Volvo B12BT acquired from Thomas Coaches of Porth, Rhondda, South Wales on 20 March 2014. It had been new to Park’s of Hamilton/Trathens Travel in May 2007 registered SF07 ORZ but re-registered KSK 981. When sold by Park’s the original registration was re-applied. In September 2014 the coach was re-registered to 222 VKE. With the advent of the much larger sized wing mirrors on modern day coaches it has become the norm for such vehicles to be parked nose in so that the mirrors are less vulnerable to damage by other vehicles.
