It is a Plaxton Première 320 bodied Dennis Javelin new in January 1995 sporting Bassett’s distinctive colour scheme.

The Bassett family operated coaches between 1949 and 2003 alongside their haulage business founded much earlier. When the fourth generation of the family wished to retire, the haulage business was sold to new owners in 2016.
