Yelloway (ATL) A341 YDT in Cambridge – 7 Nov 1987 (58-15)
Saturday 7 November 1987– In July 1985 the Yelloway business which had been managed by the Allen family for more than 50 years was sold to a new owner. Changes ensued which might have portrayed an air of an optimistic future that sadly was not going to be.

The new owners chose to hand over the Yelloway long distance coach services to National Express for which Yelloway became a contracted operator.

A341 YDT, a Jonckheere Deauville bodied Volvo B10M new to National Travel (East) in May 1984, had been transferred to Yelloway from SUT Limited. National Travel (East), SUT and Yelloway were all under the same ownership.

It was seen in Drummer Street, Cambridge when working the National Express service 351 from Harwich to Manchester and Burnley.
