Konectbus (Go-Ahead) 635 (SN65 OAU) in East Dereham – 8 May 2022 (P1110636)

Sunday 8 May 2022 (1141) – Konectbus (Go-Ahead Group owned) 635 (SN65 OAU), an Alexander Dennis (ADL) Enviro400D new in September 2015, seen in Cowper Road, East Dereham arriving from Norwich on the 1047 service 8.

Having arrived in East Dereham Market Place at 1133 it was seen here as it continued to Toftwood where it would run as a circular round that community to then arrive back at the Market Place to return to Norwich at 1205.

Services from East Dereham to Norwich are also provided by the ‘Excel’ services of First Eastern Counties. On Sundays their departures around this time were at 1135 and 1235 taking 40 minutes to the bus station. The Konectbus service 8 departing at 1205 takes 38 minutes to St. Stephen’s Street (amid the shops and near the bus station) and then continues to Castle Meadow (for more shops) and the Railway Station (1250).
