Sunday 28 April 1985 – Ambassador Travel MCW Metroliner ML905 (A668 XDA) seen on the old A11 passing Barton Mills when working the 1020 National Express service 099 from Norwich to London.

It was one of three such vehicles new to Midland Red Express in June 1984 and had seating for 79 passengers (57 on the upper deck and 22 on the lower deck).
