Preserved former Leicester City Transport 301 (GJF 301N) and 217 (217 AJF) - 27 Jul 2019 (P1030272)

Saturday 27 July 2019 (1147) – Leicester Heritage Bus Running Day at the First Leicester Citybus garage. Two preserved former Leicester City Transport buses at the gates.

Left is 301 (GJF 301N), an MCW bodied Scania BR111DH new in March 1975. This model named the Metropolitan was a joint project between bodybuilder MCW and Scania.

Right is 217 (217 AJF), a Park Royal bodied AEC Bridgemaster new in September 1961.
