Next is the Mersey Tunnel Control Centre whose tower is actually a ventilation or exhaust shaft for the Queensway Tunnel. Beyond that a ventilation or exhaust shaft for the Queensway Tunnel. Beyond that (the lower height building) is the Cunard Building. Finally the tall building is the unmistakable Royal Liver Building featuring the famous Liver Birds (one clearly visible and the other just noticeable beyond the Tunnel Building tower).
