349 Premier Travel Services (AJS) D849 KVE at Cambridge - 13 Aug 1988
13 August 1988 - Premier Travel Services 349 (D849 KVE) seen at Drummer Street, Cambridge loading for the 1145 service 79 to Gatwick Airport. It is a Van Hool Alizee bodied Volvo, one of ten new in April 1987. Certain examples of the batch like 349 were fitted with a ‘continental door’ and sunken toilet compartment halfway along the offside. The group logo, as carried on this coach, became the property of Premier Travel Agency and gradually a new logo featuring Kings College Chapel was applied to the coaches.
