DSCF0636 Burnley and Pendle (Transdev) BF63 HCZ in Manchester - 5 Jul 2015

Sunday 5 July 2015 (0941) - Transdev owned Burnley and Pendle 2780 (BF63 HCZ) seen in Chorlton Street, Manchester. It had arrived as the 0810 service X43 from Nelson and Burnley (due 0941). The service carries the 'witchway' branding. The Pendle Witches are local folklore - although the witch featured in the artwork isn't quite like folklore witches! It was now set to work the 1000 service which, on Summer Sundays, becomes service 872 at Burnley and continues to Grassington as DalesBus service 872. A Wright Eclipse Gemini bodied Volvo B7TL new in October 2013.
