Circa 1975 - R & M Bisset Limited was one of two partners sharing the name Primrose Coaches. NUP 417D, a Plaxton Panorama bodied AEC Reliance new in May 1966, seen at Rigby Road coach park in Blackpool. In addition to the ironwork of the gasometer and radio mast is the famous Blackpool Tower.
