Chenery XBL 333 and SPV 555 (B634 NPD) at Dicleburgh - 29 Apr 1995
Saturday 29 April 1995 – At the Dickleburgh (Norfolk) premises of Richard W Chenery. Richard died in 1993 and XBL 333, a Kässbohrer-Setra S215HD, had been the coach he regularly drove from new. When he died the coach was then assigned to his brother George. Next to it is SPV 555, a Kässbohrer-Setra S215H - the lower height model. This coach was new to Chenery’s in 1985 as B634 NPD. It had been prepared for another operator in the yellow and blue livery which Chenery’s decided to retain as a one off. Under cover in the background are two Duple Dominant bodied Bedfords.
