In My Opinion, I like the contrast of the sharp spikes of the plants with the rolling hills and mist. However, I think that either one or the other should be highlighted. A little flash on the plants to brighten them up while retaining the background and showing more of the plants would focus attention on them. Otherwise, the hills alone would be beautiful. I like the shot as it is, but I feel as if the subjects are competing with each other.

As you say so there is a kind of competition between the foreground namely plant and back up or are these beautiful hills enclosing the heavy mist .. of course there are those who love and others do not, all depends on what is selected, or what you want to see ..
