Lachs mit Grünem Spargel, Pellkartoffeln und Sc. Hollandaise;
der Lachs wurde im ganzen Stück auf der Hautseite braun angebraten (vorher mehliert), aromatisiert mit Rosmarin, Knoblauch und Butter, kurz gewendet und dann im Backofen bei 100° durchgegart, so bleibt er schön saftig

ach, die Portion könnte vielleicht etwas zu klein für Dich sein; aber auch ich habe noch 1 Kartoffel, Sc. Hollandaise und ein paar Spargel nachgenommen;
früher hatte ich auch Chili im Angebot, sogar eine Mühle dafür, leider kann ich Chili überhaupt nicht mehr vertragen und ist daher in meiner Küche verboten, wer mag, kann ja nachwürzen ...
