Péristyle devant ruines
The original castle was founded in the 11thC, then renovated several times during the Middle Ages. Eventually, during the 16thC., it obtained its definitive appearance when the new Renaisance palace was built against the medieval enceinte (see PiP).

Il l'est! D'un côté le vieux château médiéval, de l'autre cette ravissante demeure Renaissance, et tout cela dans un beau parc.

Danke Wilhelm. Die Burg ist sehr gut renoviert worden, ich war vor vielen Jahren schon mal da, da war es fast eine Ruine. Man hatte damals dem Renaissance-Schloss mehr Aufmerksamkeit gezeigt (es steht rechts vom Peristyl).

Danke Leon, dann würde dir die gesamte Anlage sicher auch sehr gefallen, wie mir : auf der einen Seite die alte Burg, auf der anderen das Schloss aus dem 16. Jh., das Ganze in einem schönen Park.
