Ghostly remnants, patterns. “ By the Banks of the Ouseburn” sounds a wistful note, like a folk song. Evidence of things long gone. Your eyes sink into the abstract tapestry of brickwork, cement, decay. Industry fading away.

They are trying their hardest to posh it up. It's a very arty and musical area but some of them are getting hounded out to make way for trendy bars, eateries and hotels!! There'll be no character left.....everywhere looks the same these days......old git rant over!!!!
