Lobster Moth

Lobster Moth
Sussex Moth Group, Hastings Branch impromtu moth event at Guestling Wood.
Stars of the catch 25 May, 2014

One of my favorite moths, the colors, the resting posture (not shown here) and that big eye'd face. The moth is named for its caterpillar which looks very lobster like, I've not seen them yet.

, have particularly liked this photo

Thank you both!!
You'd be hard pressed to find this lobster if it was hiding during the day I think, I sure wouldn't find it!
Ian Is it ok if I sorta hate you!!? I'd love to see the caterpillars, they are amazing!
