Hoffentlich schönes Wetter gehabt in der "Steirischen Toskana", wie wir auch zu der Gegend sagen,...und hoffentlich einen guten Wein getrunken ;-)

"Schlossberg" means "Castle Mountain"........Napoleon destroyed the large fort up on the hill in the year 1809. He never captured the fort, we were too strong ;-) But in the "Peace tready of Schönbrunn" 1809 was stated, that the french are allowed to destroy the fort.
So today only few buildings are still preserved.................
