"With a wingspan of up to 2.9 metres, the Bearded Vulture is one of the largest flying birds in the world. It is the largest bird of prey in Europe, and with 225 to 250 breeding pairs one of the rarest." en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bearded_vulture
Unfortunately I only had my little Lumix with me that day. But the experience to see this big bird circling above us was unique. Photographed descending from the summit of Madrisella (Montafon, Austria).

Leider hatte ich an dem Tag nur meine kleine Lumix dabei. Aber das Erlebnis, diesen großen Vogel über uns kreisen zu erleben, war einzigartig. Fotografiert beim Abstieg vom Gipfel des Madrisella (Montafon, Österreich).
