Der Austragungsort war ein Steinbruch, in dem Diabas, ein besonders hartes Mineral für den Straßenbau (Schotter und Split) abgebaut wird. Die staubförmigen Abfälle finden als Urgesteinsmehl vielfältige Verwendung in Gartenbau und Landwirtschaft.
Ich hab mir mal das Sicherheitsdatenblatt angeschaut: Kein gefährliches Produkt im Sinne de EU-Richtline 1272/2008 CLP, nicht kennzeichnungspflichtig, kein Gefahrgut. Und weil das offengelagerte Granulat sowieso feucht ist (man sieht die verschmierten Spuren an den Eimern), gab es auch keine Staubentwicklung. Laienhaft würd' ich sagen: Eine Autofahrt durch Stuttgarts Innenstadt ist für die Lunge meistens schädlicher.

Danke für die Erklärung! Mich hatten nur die Warnaufkleber gewundert.... Mit der Stuttgarter Innenstadt magst du wohl recht haben, noch mehr bekommst du als Fußgänger ab dank "geglückter" Ampelschaltungen;-)
