Sat alongside was this rather tidy Karmann Ghia.

I've also seen this one at the VW Festival, which is held at the same venue, and it never fails to impress!

Thanks Norm. More recently it has added flames on the bonnet ...

I think the flames are an improvement, but I think ghost flames in white might have been the way to go with this one! Far better than the furry bug next door! :-)

I agree about the ghost flames. I think these look a little odd being contained within the hood section, but then I'm thinking that might be deliberate.

Wouldn't surprise me he had a spare hood done at the same time just in the green to make for an easy switch back to a more standard look.
