just before docking in Wellington Harbor

Wellington, capital of New Zealand, is located at the southernmost end of the North Island on the Cook Road. The city includes a waterfront, sandy beaches, a harbor and many colorful wooden houses on the hills. because it is extremely windy in Cook Street, the city has the name "Windy Wellington".
