Grab des Hl. Judas Cyriacus
Weil Judas Cyriacus bei der Kreuzfindung dabei war, ist sein Gedenktag am Tag danach. Anfang des 4. Jahrhunderts sollen seine Gebeine nach Ancona überführt worden sein, wo sie heute in der ihm geweihten, im 11. Jahrhundert erbauten Kathedrale verehrt werden.
Die lokale Legende machte ihn zum Bischof von Ancona - damals war die Kirche Santo Stefano die Kathedrale.
Wieder andere erzählen, Judas Cyriacus sei in Ancona gestorben, nachdem er bei einer Wallfahrt Rom besucht hatte. Gesicherte biografische Daten fehlen trotz der Überlieferung seiner Legende in Griechisch, Lateinisch und in fast allen orientalischen Sprachen.
