I understand that dick-eating is not everybody's favourite subject to see, so I apologize for the inconvenience, but this is one of the best drawings I've made without reference for a long time, and I've no idea what it tells about me, but yeah

Love this. Very impressed by the energy of your drawing style. It reminds me of Mervyn Peake's drawings, but with your own edginess. Do you know his work? Ghormenghast is well worth reading. If you are drawn to vampires (I love the original Bram Stoker Dracula) then you will love this. But look at his drawings too.

I have encountered his illustrations before but I've missed his writings - thank you for the recommendation! His drawing style mix of realism and expression is something I relate to. I adore draughtsmen who have a good grasp of technique but let energy & feeling lead.
