Amazing -- thanks for posting. I have a hand-drawn devil card from my grandmother's postcard album, the significance of which I never understood. Perhaps it's of this genre -- I'll have to see if I can find it.

By the way, it's curious that the names on the last three cards above are all Jewish-sounding. Of course, it might just be that a whole bunch of these cards originally came from one person's collection. (I've learned not to jump to the conclusion that the old postcards that I have are a random sample of all pre-1915 postcards, given that there are almost certainly a number of non-random reasons that some types of cards were more likely that others to survive).

Well, that's just amazing! These are so fun - but I can imagine them meeting with disapproval in some homes!
I've said this before, but how on earth do you keep all your categories in mind when shopping?!!
And I can only guess/wonder at your organizational method!!
