Le pavillon des Cercles dont l'architecture a été imaginée par Claude-Nicolas Ledoux, elle est construite en 1998 par le Conseil Général du Jura dont l'objectif a été d'en faire une véritable vitrine promotionnelle du Jura et de ses atouts.
