ON0088 LARDER CITY - PHOTOS FOR SALE

ON0088 LARDER CITY - PHOTOS FOR SALE
Unposted, this is one in a set of 5 postcards from "Larder City: New Ontario", now Larder Lake, ON. The only card dated was July, 1907. (The uncommon Aristo stamp box on these cards is known to have been in use between 1906 and 1913.)

Is this possibly the unidentified photographer of all the other images?

Could be the front cover of a Canadian RPPC coffee table book.

Ha. Like your "could be".

This "building" looks like it might have a canvas front. It also looks like it is the third building to the right in the big "group" shot. (With the Canadian Mines Limited sign on it.) Could be he's an itinerant photographer who set up temporarily in a variety of locales?

I believe this photo is of Henry Peters who set up shop in many Northern Ontario communities and last known to me in the Porcupine where he captured images of the Great Fire aftermath in 1911.
