Many thanks, George! Many Europen towns are "rediscovering" their waterside industrial areas:-) Here the highest buildings are hiding the railway station, the new ones will be smaller and by the sea.

Besten Dank, Leo! Eine Immobilie dort könnte sich unsereins gar nicht leisten;-) Mir würde ein Holzhäuschen am Fjord zum Wohnen auch besser gefallen...
