I could also confirm, between photos, topos and trails maps, the route to crest over and drop into more historic upper Beveridge site, is at the top of the route drawn here. That's 1600' up to Snow Flake, then another 3400' to crest over, then you descend 2000' down into upper Beveridge. Even if you could drive to Snow Flake, this would be a punishing trip requiring backpacking in and porting lots of water. Sadly, this has been removed from my bucket list, but I had to come see if for myself to be sure.
