13 Miles to Hartford CH (Court House).
Mile stone on Boston Turnpike at Bolton Notch. If you take a bead from Ashford's Meeting House Hill to Hartford, the notch falls pretty much in line. The notch was near the bounds between Mohegan land and the Connecticut valley.
