Solignac-sur-Loire - Saint-Vincent

Saint-Vincent, the parish church of Solignac-sur-Loire, was erected, when next to the church was a large castle only one wall of that castle (left) still remains on the graveyard. The church got rebuilt, ruined, renovated a couple of times, so that today only this wall of the church dates to the 12th century.

Some Romanesque carvings obviously got saved - and got integrated here.
