Beaune - Collégiale Notre-Dame de Beaune
The Collégiale Notre-Dame was founded in Beaune within the 10th century.
The building of this church, which is a parish church since the French Revolution started in romanesque style within the 12th century.
Seen from the back, the romanesque structure is clearly visible, the layout in form of a latin cross - the apse, surrounded by the chapels and the crossing tower, that later got a baroque "dome".
