This deli was founded by young entrepreneur Telesforo Fini in 1912. Mr. Fini and his family were very successful in producing not only the best "Tortellini Modena", but as well the "Aceto Balsamico di Modena". So this shop became the cradle of the "GRUPPO FINI", since 1993 part of Kraft Foods.
