Via Turonensis - Blois
Finally, after many months, I could return to Blois in spring 2015 and continue, the walk, that I had started in Paris a year ago. For the first days the "Via Turonensis" followed the Loire. The small blue/yellow sticker with the shell made clear, that the direction was right.

Born in Blois, and discover only today with your picture the name of "voie Turonenesis" for the way to St Jacques by Tours!!!! thanks for this very interesting report

Merci Bernadette,
Hiking discovers many details along the way, but - I never have enough time to stay in the bigger, interesting towns like Blois. I have been in Blois when I had to stop in 2014 and when I restarted in 2015 - but both times only for a few hours. I may be back later this year..
