Sunbathing

I'm not good on birds, but an obvious heron, a shag, or commorant maybe, and the other two, no idea.
Help would be appreciated!

I think they are cormorants, there were 2 more herons just out of the shot, what they are perched on is a nesting platform for Terns

Was very familiar with these tern nesting patforms in the flooded gravel pits (now nature reserves) by the side of the River Colne and Grand Union Canal on the Herts / Middlesex and Bucks / Middlesex borders.
