MSR[HI] - Brake van E.5 at Douglas {date ?}
4-wheel Brake van E.5 [built 1876] at end of the south line platform in Douglas Station.
[Image date ?? 1950s / 1960s ?? ] In two-tone [brown ?] livery, with the duckets removed and boarded up.
The doors aren't in the best of condition and the main waist panel has a long split - at least 12", maybe 18" long in it.
Long since scrapped.

I would love to re-create a D & E class - as a modified "Pairs" - modifications to the "E" van would also allow carriage of less-abled passengers.
ref : what was done with NSR23 at the Foxfield Railway.
