This is No.34027 "Taw Valley" a Southern "West Country" class 4-6-2, built in 1946 at Brighton Works.
Running here as No.70 "Elizabeth II" for HMQ's Platinum Jubilee, repainted in a purple [Lilac] livery in June 2022, which included the Platinum Jubilee crest on the tender.

In October 2022, she regained her own name and number, and will be repainted at a future date.

I must admit, when I saw one of the press images of this repaint earlier in 2022, my initial impression was that the colour was verging on "pink" rather than purple or lilac. I wasn't impressed ! but having seen it for myself, I'll settle for "lilac" as the colour.
