Although I have, regrettably, never visited the Severn Valley Railway, two of my mother's cousins from Kidderminster were very involved in its early days. As a railway modeller seeing the metal work in detail is helpful. Some PO signwriters seem to have idiosyncratic ways of laying out their wording. The 'address' Highley, Nr Kidderminster is split with more than a plank between the parts and, although I haven't checked my PO wagon books, the comma seems a bit unusual. But that makes railways all the more fascinating.
