NSR23 - seat frames and roof sticks

The seat "knee rails" are in, plus the shoulder rail. The next division will be a bulkhead.
Next job - dry fit the roof sticks (the curved pieces tucked in the far corner).
The camera is almost at the guard's ducket and the site of the additional bulkhead. Note the directions for the floor planking.
