Schönes Insekt - Blauflügel-Prachtlibelle (Wilhelma)
I saw this beautiful insect in the zoo of Stuttgart, Germany. Since it was not in the insect house, but somewhere in the open air, I presume it's a native species. Its body is 4 - 5 cm long, I'd say.
