Under The Arches ...
A late entry for this week's Sunday Challenge, which had the theme of half-light is this shot taken recently at Fountains Abbey.

Hopefully, despite being taken during the day it still qualifies as it was pretty much half-light and half-shadow in that passageway when I took the photo.

If the powers that be disagree with my interpretation feel free to delete.

Glad you like it Val and thank you for the fave. I wasn't sure at first if I should have cropped the space out at the end of the walkway to make it more abstract, but is seems most people like it as it is! :)

Love your opening remark Karen ... I guess that really was some achievement - lol! To be honest, I'd not been able to come up with anything in the week and was resigned to having to miss this one, but then I thought maybe better to take a tiny little dip into the archives! :)
