The centre road and footbridge have gone, and a fence has been erected around the turntable pit.
The station has undergone extensive refurbishment over the years. About the only recognizable items are the green litter bin and the red phone box...

Ravenglass & Eskdale Railway. Ravenglass Station in 2001.
The centre road has since been lifted, and the foobridge removed and placed in the car park for a while. It was eventually sold on Ebay and now resides somewhere in the south of England.

Ravenglass & Eskdale Railway. 0-4-2 'Bonnie Dundee' in happier days, as it scuttles along Barrow Marsh with a train from Dalegarth to Ravenglass. It will be seen that the tender has been rebuilt in the intervening years.
