Waiting for the lights

Prior to the opening of the Manchester Metrolink, a full dress rehearsal was carried out in April of 1992, with empty trams running through the city centre. 1010 is stopped at a junction on its way to Victoria Station.
The sign on the wall in the background has been doctored to read '£20 fixed fine for illegal barking'....
