British Railways Standard 2 2-6-0 78018 on the pit at Loughborough. We had just dropped the ashpan and with the pressure coming round we had 35 minutes before going off shed. The start of another great day on the footplate.

A great picture here!!
I agree with David, the figüre adds interest! And yes it looks like a painting which painted by the famous railway painters !

You really are getting quite good at this. I agree with the others; it could be a painting(I think the smoke does that) and the driver is just in the right spot. I'm sure I've said this before but, I really like the way you avoid converging verticals - dead straight.
Nice to see one of the "less of a celebrity" locos too.
